Selection Process
The Selection Process is a formal and independent procedure designed to ensure a competitive, transparent, and criteria-based evaluation of all submitted projects.
During the official submission period, eligible projects are accepted for consideration within defined award categories. Following the close of submissions, all entries undergo expert review and comparative evaluation by an independent jury panel.

Projects are assessed against established criteria, including business sustainability, quality of product and service, ethical and safety standards, innovation, contribution to the local ecosystem, and measurable industry impact. Evaluation is conducted comparatively within each category.

Based on the jury review and collective expert assessment, final decisions are made through an independent selection process. Only one winner is selected in each award category.
The selection process concludes with the official announcement of winners, followed by formal award presentation and delivery in accordance with the published selection timeline.

This structured process ensures that each award represents merit-based professional recognition resulting from an independent and competitive evaluation, rather than participation or promotional inclusion.
Decision-Making Authority
Award winners are selected by an independent expert jury composed of industry professionals, founders, operators, and subject-matter experts within the wellness, spa, recovery, movement, hospitality, and related sectors.
Jury members review submissions independently and collectively, applying established evaluation criteria. No individual founder, organizer, or sponsor has unilateral decision-making authority in the selection of winners.
Evaluation Criteria
All submitted projects are assessed based on practical, predefined criteria, including:
  • Quality of product and service
  • Business sustainability and operational maturity
  • Ethical standards and safety practices
  • Innovation and originality within the category
  • Contribution to the local ecosystem or community
  • Measurable impact within the wellness industry
Each project is evaluated comparatively against other submissions within the same category.
